We are seeking Expressions of Interest from new graduates and soon-to-be graduates across Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, and Podiatry.

As a graduate with NWRH, you’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team with access to structured mentoring, clinical supervision and professional development. You’ll gain exposure to diverse caseloads, work alongside experienced clinicians, and build confidence through experiences that may take years to gain in metropolitan settings.
We offer opportunities across a range of locations, with roles available in Townsville, Mount Isa, Longreach, and Bowen. Some positions may include outreach travel to surrounding communities, with travel completed during work hours where possible and support provided for required travel arrangements.

Benefits
- Salary from $82,858 to $105,893 + super (Pro-rata for part-time) based on experience
- Salary sacrificing options up to $15,900 to help maximise your take home pay;
- 5 weeks annual leave plus leave loading of 17.5%;
- $180 per fortnight Rental Subsidy (Mount Isa and Longreach only);
- Initial staff accommodation available (Mount Isa and Longreach only);
- Annual Flight Home upon 12 months of service (If based in Mount Isa or Longreach);
- Continuous Professional Development: Up to 10 days of paid professional development leave each financial year, supporting learning aligned with your role and career development.
- Paid Parental Leave (8 weeks) and Paid Partner Leave (3 weeks);

About the role
- Deliver evidence-based allied health services within your discipline
- Support clients across a diverse range of presentations and ages
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Queensland
- Participate in outreach services where required
- Develop your skills through supervision, mentoring and professional development
- Provide outreach services across regional and remote communities, travelling by fleet vehicle or small aircraft as required, with travel, accommodation and meals covered by NWRH.
Skills and experience
- Completing or recently completed an Allied Health degree
- Eligible for relevant registration or professional membership
- Current C Class Driver Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Clearance
