Location: Townsville

We’re Hiring a Human Resources Advisor

  • Full-Time | Townsville or Mount Isa
  • Because HR should be rewarding and a little bit fun.

If you love recruitment, enjoy a good onboarding success story, and can interpret policies without needing three coffees (but we support that too), then you might be the newest member of our HR crew!

At NWRH, we pride ourselves on being small but mighty, a genuinely supportive HR team that celebrates wins, tackles challenges together, and can turn remote workforce planning into an artform. NWRH’s commitment to rural and remote health is recognised nationally, with multiple finalist acknowledgements and wins across recent years at the National Rural and Remote Health Awards, including Rural/Remote Health Employer of the Year (2023) and Outstanding Contribution to Rural/Remote Health Access (2025).

Your work here doesn’t just fill positions, it directly strengthens healthcare access and outcomes across remote Queensland communities.
