North and West Remote Health (NWRH) is on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-loving, people-smart Support Services Officer to join our Wellbeing Team in Mount Isa.

Skills and Experience

You’ll be the backbone of our Wellbeing team — keeping things running smoothly, supporting staff, and helping our services reach the people who need them most. Expect a mix of:

  • Front-of-house vibes: manage phones, emails, mail, and greet visitors with warmth
  • Admin wizardry: coordinate travel schedules, purchase orders, invoices, and bookings
  • Data magic: managing maintain referral systems and collate service statistics
  • Customer connection: sharing info about NWRH services and being a helpful voice
  • Office organisation: keeping our filing system sharp and up-to-date

About the pay and benefits

  • Starting salary from $58,451 + super (negotiable based on experience)

  • Salary packaging up to $15,900

  • 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading

Please note:

  • You must have the right to live and work in Australia
  • You may be required to travel by road and/or in small planes to communities distant from your catchment area on a regular basis, so must be comfortable with this aspect of the role
  • A ‘C’ class Driver’s License (manual preferred) is also an essential requirement
